How many beads are in a mass?



There are 1200 beads per mass. Up till 6mm, a half mass can be purchased (600 beads). 6mm and larger, you may purchase a quarter mass (300 pieces).

How many beads are in a gross?



There are 144 beads in a gross.

Are your bead loose or strung?



Most beads are sold strung in hanks. If a bead is sold loose, and you would like it strung, please specify it on your order, and we will string them at no additional charge. Restricions apply.

Do you have a printed catalog?



We do not have a printed catalog, as we update our website on a daily basis. Logging in will permit you to view pricing, stock, and images of all our items. New items are posted as they come into stock.

Do you attend any bead shows?



Yes we attend bead shows! Please visit our homepage for show information on upcoming shows.

Do you offer quantity disocunts or match prices?



We will discount large orders between 5-20% dicount per order. If you feel your order qualifies for a discount, please call to find out. In addition, we offer weekly, and monthly specials, which are regular, running items, discounted for 1 month or week. We pride ourselves in having the best prices on the market. We will definitely try to meet or beat our competitors prices.

What is your minimum purchase requirement?



The minimum purchase requirement is $250 for your initial order, and then $150 for re-orders.

Can I purchase from you if I do not fill the minimum purchase requirement?



Yes. Please send us an e-mail to sales@modebeads.com, with a list of the requested item numbers,and quantities, and we will send you back retail pricing. The same can be done on our website on each item individually, by filling out the Retail Price Quote.

What method of payment do you accept?



Your order can be paid for using a VISA or Master Card credit card, or American Express, through Paypal.

Is your website secure enough for me to enter my credit card information?



Our website features high levels of encryption software, to enable internet security. You can feel safe entering your credit card information through our very secure site. If you still would not like to enter your credit card information via our web, you may enter your order in your shopping cart without submitting the order. You may then call us with your credit card information, and we will process your order, without entering it on the website.

I am a first time user, how do I log on to receive wholesale pricing, and gain access to place orders online?



In order to access your wholesale account, you must first log in in the members area , by entering a username and password and filling out the company information form. Your form is then submitted for approval. Once your account has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to your email adress.

 

Do you accept returns?



We will gladly accept returns on damaged or broken beads, or on items shipped wrong. A copy of the packing slip should be enclosed in the returned box. Please call us for an RA number in order to return the item. Returns on orders over 30 days old will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns subject to a re-stocking fee.

How are your shipping costs calculated?



Shipping costs are gauged according to the weight of the box, so we will not be able to quote a shipping price until after the order is placed.

Do you ship outside of the United States?



Yes we ship worldwide, and offer great shipping rates. Shipping internationally, the cheapest shipping method would be via US Postal Service. A bit more expensive, but more insured would be UPS. Call our friendly customer service to compare shipping rates.

How long will it take for my order to get procesed,and then ship?



Generally orders will get shipped between 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. Holidays and vacations will delay shipping.

Will items be saved in my shopping cart, even If I leave the site?



Yes all your shopping cart contents will stay put until your order is placed.

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?



Use the little "x" to the left of the item image to remove the item from your cart.
